Building on Windows using MozillaBuild

Until recently, building a Mozilla product on Windows involved installing Cygwin and several tools to get a decent build environment. That has changed. Now, MozillaBuild is everything you need in addition to MSVC. You can get it from the Windows Build Prerequisites page. If the build prerequisites change, a new version will be released. That's what I call an improvement. Thank you, Mozilla developers!

BTW: Over the last months, I have compiled a list of fixed bugs - again. But since I see no sense in just posting it here in full length, I will just direct you to jasonb's Bugs: Fixed MozillaZine thread. No need to duplicate work. I'll just try to go through my list and mark those bugs which are most important.
