Calendar Extension CVS-removed

The Calendar Extension has been discontinued and removed from CVS. The Calendar developers had previously announced to solely focus their efforts on Sunbird and Lightning now.

As a result, you cannot build SeaMonkey with Calendar support any more. Even though the Calendar build instructions are still present on the project homepage, any attempt to build the extension from current CVS trunk will fail.
